Well-appointed rooms with lovely views and a very comfortable bed, for example, great service. Absolutely excellent and particularly good breakfast with coffee and cakes on request. Favourable and stunning location - so close to Stein's Patisserie.
Inexperienced staff!

Comfortable bed, beautifully decorated and double superior room. Unbeatable location in the harbour, easy to get anywhere.
As we remember, there was no menu.

The room they gave us was attractive and luxurious with soft drinks, tea/coffee, for instance. The breakfast was enjoyable, had lots of options and the food was well presented. Staff were courteous. The location was exceptional, a walking distance from Padstow Museum.

Breakfast was good unfortunately sprinklers went off in the night so no cooked options available the next day.
Room was lovely but was a bit noisy in the mornings due to being next to car park which for 350.00 per night wasn’t to be expected.

Booked a Premier Room so expected a sea view rather than car park view! Hotel looked tired. Some foreign staff poorly trained, especially at breakfast. Floor board noise keeps you awake at night. 3 star rating once upgrades complete I would suggest. Car Park 25% too small.

The excellent location provided a fine view of the Camel Estuary with ample opportunities to enjoy the sunrise and moonrise. The room was spacious and well-equipped. Friendly service from the staff complemented the excellent range of breakfast options, ensuring a good start to each day. The limited wine menu could be improved, as well as the general ambience in the breakfast room.

Location
The hotel was in a terrible state, the bar was extremely poor and there was threadbare and dirty carpets throughout the public areas. The rooms were outdated and again the furnishings were in a poor conditions. Certainly not a four star hotel, I would not stay again.

Ideally suited for visiting Rick Stein's Seafood Restaurant, beautiful views of the estuary over to Rock.
Do not walk on the grass notices.

Great Location, friendly helpful staff.
Poor buffet selection at breakfast, cooked breakfasts were small portions, not up to usual 4 * quality.
