Nice modern room, but awful parking situation and chaotic service.

The outstanding location provided a stunning view of the Camel Estuary with ample opportunities to enjoy the sunrise and moonrise. The room was spacious and well-equipped, making for a cozy retreat. Friendly service from the staff complemented the excellent range of breakfast options, ensuring a delightful start to each day. the limited wine menu could be improved, as well as the general ambience in the breakfast room, which felt a bit cramped during peak hours.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hotel, where the breakfast was a real highlight for our family. The location is perfect for exploring Padstow, and the staff were warm and welcoming, making our experience memorable. My son particularly loved the heated outdoor pool!

My kids wished for a larger play area.

The location is a corker, just a short trot to the harbour! Loved the complimentary gin in the room. Breakfast had a mighty good selection, and dining in the bar area with views was a treat!

staying here was a delightful experience, far better than my last visit to padstow. the room was spacious and offered a stunning estuary view that made mornings magical. the staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was a delicious spread of fresh fruit and pastries that truly exceeded my expectations.

Stunning harbour views, Complimentary gin upon arrival, Clean and modernly decorated rooms

Limited parking made arriving a hassle, especially during peak times!!! The lack of clear information about hotel policies left me quite frustrated!!!

We had an enjoyable stay with a fantastic view from our cozy room and an amazing dinner experience that included complimentary drinks. The breakfast spread was excellent with plenty of choices.

Room had modern decor with a comfy seating area and a TV. Enjoyed the complimentary gin and high-quality toiletries. The breakfast had plenty of options, and dining at the restaurant offered amazing views of the harbour! Staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay.

The location was incredible with breathtaking views over the estuary, and we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast that included freshly cooked options. Our room was modern, clean, and well-appointed. The only downside was the noise from the restaurant above us late at night, which could be disruptive. a delightful experience!

Great staff and complimentary gin, but the room needed some updating.

fabulous location with stunning sea view, rooms were modern and super clean. loved the complimentary gin & tonic in the room! breakfast had loads of choice, and the cream tea on the lawn was the best ever! the staff were really friendly n helpful too.

however, parking was a bit of a hassle since it's first come first served. also, the shower could have used better ventilation, felt stuffy at times.

Wonderful Stay with a Scenic View

I had a fantastic time at this hotel, especially enjoying the stunning views over Padstow Harbour from my room. The staff was incredibly friendly and the room was spotless, with a lovely touch of a complimentary gin and tonic waiting for me. Breakfast offered a great variety including freshly prepared options, and dining with the beautiful scenery was delightful. the lack of air conditioning in the room made it quite warm at night, which could be improved.

everything was really good, the staff were super friendly n helpful. we enjoyed a lovely afternoon treat with strawberry n clotted cream. Tasty coffees. breakfast was beautiful too! the location is perfect, just a short walk to the harbour n shops.

but the parking was a bit of a mess n we had to wait quite a while for our room to be ready. also, no air conditioning made it hot at night.

Great spot for a birthday!

Just had an amazing birthday getaway! The location is perfect, right by the harbour. Room was super comfy with an awesome view. I loved the breakfast—eggs Benedict while looking at the estuary was a highlight. Staff were really friendly and accommodating. Just wish the parking was a bit easier to find, but everything else made up for it!
